TRU-Comfort 2 Seating and Positioning products provide adjustable positioning and pressure management and are compatible with both TRU-Balance^® Power Positioning Systems.

The ADI Q-Back from Stealth Products, Inc. is available on TRU-Balance^® 3 Seating Systems and is offered in three configurations.

Synergy Spectrum Foam cushions provide multi-layer, viscoelastic foam insert under at-risk bony areas, includes a solid seat insert, and is available in bariatric sizes.

Synergy Spectrum Foam cushions provide excellent stability, reduce shear and moisture build-up, promote better circulation, and have a viscoelastic total top layer.

Synergy Solution 1 cushions provide deep contoured, high-density molded foam base, coccyx and sacral relief, silicone soft gel top layer with airflow design, and a moisture wicking four-way stretch incontinence cover.
